Our Design and R&D department conducts investigative activities with the intention of making a discovery that can lead to the development of new products or procedures and to improvement of existing products or procedures due to continuous technology change and the changing preference of the customers. The product range is designed and developed so that production processes are as efficient as possible and the products are technically superior, hence possessing a natural advantage in the market place.

Our trained and well experienced technocrats design and develop the range of product considering the effect of static as well as dynamic loading on each component. All steel structures are designed taking appropriate Factor of Safety into account as per ASCE standard. Also, the stationary plants like vertical concrete batching plant are analyzed to check the feasibility/stability against wind, seismic and other natural disaster. The design workstations are equipped with the software like, Solid Edge of latest version to generate the Manufacturing Drawing, Modeling and Assembly of components and generation of Bill of Material also.
